This item came with its extremely delicate chain completely knotted in 2 places and was impossible to untangle. Then realized the one end was not connected to the angel. Very disappointed when opened package. It's so extremely tiny and looks more like a bat than an angel if you can see it all. Magnifying glass would be helpful. First item I have ever been unhappy with.
