I bought this about three months ago and have been wearing it constantly since. It is small, which is nice for safety reasons but also because I can layer almost any necklace with it. The small diamond in the middle seems very secure and I have no concerns over it falling out. Most importantly (and this is why I love this brand), this thing is waterproof! Like I said, I've been wearing it constantly since receiving it; that means sleeping, showering, and working out in this necklace. It shows no signs of wear, my neck hasn't turned an odd color, and I never have to worry about taking it off. I would definitely recommend this.
